My stay at the hotel was full of ups and downs. The rooms were great, very cosy, but I struggled to sleep through the noise of music. The service was amazing for the price, but sometimes the staff seemed a bit bored and not very helpful with certain requests. The location was just perfect, right in the busy area of the island, but also near the fast boat drop off. The dining experience was not very nice, leaving us hungry every morning, although they did offer fresh products. Overall, it was a mixed experience that had its highs and lows.

The rooms are stunning and incredibly cozy, with excellent air conditioning that adds to the tranquility. Although some staff members lacked friendliness, others like Adam in the restaurant and the reception team were exceptionally warm and welcoming despite an unfortunate incident upon check out. The location is ideal, being within walking distance of everything you need in Gili Trawangan, with lush green surroundings and convenient access to ferry harbors. The dining options are delicious, offering generous portions but with slightly limited choices compared to other places. Overall, the facilities are great, catering to various needs, but some details could improve the value for money.
